TicTac Learn (‘TicTac’) has acquired Interlake Learning GmbH (‘Interlake’), a leading provider of digital learning solutions in Germany serving over 1,800 corporate clients. Partnering with Interlake will give TicTac a strong local presence in the German market and provide Interlake’s customers with access to TicTac’s broader software and service offering. The acquisition doubles the size of TicTac and take the company one step closer to fulfilling the vision of becoming the leading EdTech supplier for corporates across Northern Europe.
TicTac Learn is the leading supplier of learning solutions in the Nordics. Interlake will benefit from TicTac’s wholistic approach to providing learning & development (L&D) solutions to its customers, combining market leading leading SaaS platforms (LMS, LXP), best in class content production and ongoing support and advice to ensure high engagement with corporate learning for its customers.
Following the acquisition, Interlake’s management team will work alongside TicTac to ensure a smooth transition so that customers receive the full benefit of being a part of the wider platform. Interlake will during a transition period change name to TicTac. The acquisition of Interlake follows the successful acquisition by TicTac of Key2Know in Denmark in December 2021.
