What documents should my application include?

First things first: Why you? Why this job?
We also want to know what makes you special, what you can do and what experience you already have. The best way to do this is with a traditional CV, as well as certificates and evidence or a portfolio of your work. You are also welcome to tell us your salary expectations and a possible starting date.

Which languages do you speak in the company?

We speak German and English, as well as C, C++, C#, Java, HTML, SQL and many more.
If you are not so good at one of the first two, we will help you find suitable language courses.

Can I apply even if I don't meet all the requirements?

Of course – you are always welcome to apply to us, even if you are not sure whether you meet all the requirements.

How can I apply for a job?

You can easily submit your application online via our application tool.

How long does your application process take?

We will usually get back to you within a few days. Please understand if we do need a little longer.

How can I imagine the recruitment process?

We usually start with an initial interview between our HR department and you, followed by a specialist interview with the team or the team leader, and finally, depending on the position, an interview with the management and/or trial work.
Basically, we want to keep the process very lean.

How can I imagine the onboarding process with you?

After your technical setup, you will get to know your team leader, your team and your personal buddy, who will be available to answer any questions you may have. You will receive an introduction to our organizational structure, operational processes and areas of responsibility. An online training course will then guide you through the most important areas such as safety, tools, contacts, culture & values and communication. Within your first week, you will be introduced to your area of responsibility and get to know your first customers or partners.

Are there assessment centers at Interlake?

We do not have a classic assessment center. Instead, depending on the job and position, we have trial work or smaller tasks designed to test your skills.

What is your policy on working from home or hybrid working?

In general, you can work up to 100% remotely with us. However, we have found that there is nothing more important than face-to-face meetings. Creativity, trust, team building, productivity – all of these are stronger when people can look each other in the eye more often. For a few jobs, it is necessary to be on site several times a week.
