Support Package Details:

• You will receive 1 hour support quota per month
• Solution proposal & production instructions within 72 hours (working days) / guaranteed response time
• support is available within our business hours (Mon-Fri / 9-17)
• exclusive e-mail-based contact via ticket system
• Direct manufacturer communication, if required
• the billing* of your consumption takes place in 30 min. Tact.
• the term* is 12 months from receipt of order

*The term begins with the written order and is extended for another 12 months each time if the contract is not terminated in due time. The notice period is 30 days to the end of the term. The support contract is only available in annual payment.
