Our typical application process is as follows:

1. Submit Application

You have found an interesting job? Send us your CV! We don’t need a cover letter in the classic sense, but answer the following two questions: Why you? Why this job?

2. Review of your application

We look at your documents and check whether we could be a good fit for you and you for us.

3. Invitation to first phone conversation with HR

We want to get to know you in a first phone call and clarify open questions with you.

4. Conversation with the department

Let’s get to know each other! Do our professional requirements match your professional ideas? We’ll find out together.

5. Invitation to a second interview or trial day

Technically everything is top! But let’s make sure we both have the perfect match for our goals by getting to know each other a little better.

6. Our contract offer

We want to work with you and send you a contract offer. Would you also like to work with us? Great! Sign the contract and you are part of the Interlake team!

7. Welcome to the Team! Your career with us.

We look forward to your first day! You will receive a detailed orientation where you will get to know us and each of our departments. And your personal Interlake sponsor will be at your side with advice and instructions during the first few months.
