Terms of Registration
Registrations can be made via e-mail or by phone at +49 331 281 282 30 and are binding. Registrations made by phone will be reconfirmed in writing by both parties.
Number of Participants
The number of participants is limited.
Registrations are considered in the order in which they are received.
Participation in the seminar requires official booking and confirmation by the organizer.
The course fee will be invoiced after the event and must be paid in full.
Cancellation by Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the seminar if the minimum number of participants is not met. In this case, the registered persons or egistrants will be reimbursed the amount that has already been paid.
The location, content and order of the program may be changed while still maintaining the overall character.
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following rules:
Up to 45 days before the start of the course, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded.
Up to 30 days before the start of the course, 80% of the participation fee will be refunded.
Cancellation is no longer possible 30 days before the start of the course, and the full participation fee must be paid.
A substitute participant is permitted, in which case you will not incur any additional cancellation fees.
